A win for Pro-Life and the 1st Amendment and against an intrusive government

Thanks to at least a few Supreme Court justices there’s still hope for the Constitution.  In a 5-4 ruling they determined that California’s law requiring anti-abortion, faith-based pregnancy centers to advertise for abortion clinics infringed on the pro-life organizations’ 1st Amendment rights.  The scary part is that it wasn’t a 9-0 ruling.

We reported on this in March and pointed out a few “fun” equivalencies including a requirement for the Presbyterian Women’s Garden Club to advertise for a strip club.  We even came up with the advertisement.

Aren’t the media something.  They’ve had quite a week.  Only they could boost Hamas, MS-13 and Stormy onto a pedestal over such a short period of time.

Even Planned Parenthood got into the act admonishing Trump for his animals comment.  “This moment calls for the President to do serious self-reflection” said Cecile Richards, former president of Planned Parenthood.   I do believe Ms Richards should sit this one out.  After all, it takes a rather callous soul to not consider a little self-reflection after performing over 300,000 abortions each year.  That’s millions over the many years it’s been in existence.  Mao would be proud.  They’ve likely surpassed the number of people he killed.

Abortion rhetoric or a moral vacuum

Shameful

It’s amazing to us that some can blame the shooting at the Colorado Planned Parenthood clinic on heat Republican candidates have put on the organization.  Well for goodness sake, let’s not talk about the horrific acts that go on in those places and worse yet the cavalier attitude the personnel have when it comes to “harvesting” body parts.  While we’re at it, we should also stop any further discussions of the WWII concentration camps.  We wouldn’t want anyone to feel bad.

A few inconvenient truths about abortion

In 2011, 21% of all US pregnancies, excluding miscarriages, ended in abortion.

In the US over 1,000,000 abortions occur each year.

Planned Parenthood performs about 20 abortions for each prenatal care visit and about 200 abortions for every adoption referral.

They alone perform over 300,000 abortions a year.
